  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

All prices listed in the App are subject to change without notice. Pizzola reserves the right to modify or discontinue products and services without prior notice.

You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account, including applicable taxes and fees. Payment must be made via the payment methods provided in the App.

b. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pizzola shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

 

8. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pizzola, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

 

9. Termination

 

Pizzola may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

 

10. Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Udaipur, Tripura Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Pizzola reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
